Coffee production has always been the major financial source of income for the Ossa family. Clinton inherited Finca Peñas Blancas from his family and after taking over management of the farm he decided to focus on producing solely specialty coffees. With the extra money that he has been receiving from quality premiums, for producing delicious coffees, he has been able to invest in the infrastructure on his farm, allowing him to improve even more his processes and the quality of his coffees. Today, Finca Peñas Blancas is a family business, where every member of the family plays an important role, it is a family venture in the truest sense. His wife and children help Clinton with picking, post harvest processes, and hand-sorting of the beans.

Clinton is very proud of everything his family has achieved within the coffee industry and how
they have improved the sustainability of their farm. His goal is to continue working on all the farm processes, always looking for ways to improve what they do.
