For the past 20 years, Fredy has been on a mission - driven by a deep passion for specialty coffee. Inspired by the legacy of his father and grandfather, his journey began with seeds, shared by a friend. From there he delved into the world of coffee processing, varieties, and cupping, always eager to improve. Alongside his wife and daughters, he works to maintain high quality and ensure traceability on their farm, nestled among volcanoes and rich biodiversity. His natural processed coffee was born from experimentation and collaborative trials with other producers, leading to consistently better results.
