Getting Started

Sign up to the service and your first delivery and payment will be processed at the time you place your order.

Payment & Shipping

Ongoing charge dates will be adjusted to a Monday and orders will be dispatched on Tuesday (dependant on your chosen order frequency).

You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to the charge being processed.

*PLEASE NOTE: Subscription orders are unable to be purchased through Paypal, the credit card details have to be entered directly into the Recharge app.

Flexibility & Cancellation

We have a minimum 3 orders before cancelling. You can pause, add more or change your order via your account. Just log on to manage your subscription through our customer portal. Cut off day for on-going order adjustments is Sunday for Monday Roasting schedule and dispatched on Tuesday.

Easy Rider espresso blend is made up of carefully selected in-season specialty coffee sourced from South America and Africa. A clean and complex cup with balanced acidity and sweetness.

La Serranía Decaf is grown along an isolated set of mountains within the central cordillera of the Andes that go through Pitalito, Acevedo, Palestina, Timaná, and Suaza. This coffee represents the work of more than 50 producers who are committed to quality and excellence. La Serrania is carefully hand-sorted and processed at each individual farm, with special attention paid to the drying process to ensure consistency, uniformity, and a clean cup profile.
